Ok, let me check if I get you right...​

You're fine with your job overall and aren't keen on changing it for the time being. The only trouble is that your day-to-day is plain like a water based porridge. You feel so drained from the daily commitments and sense of rush, that you've got no energy left for anything else. 


Does it give you an itchy thought that there's nothing moving in your life apart from the time itself? This is exactly how it feels when life's passing you by without your part-taking. "Am I missing out on something bigger?" "Is that all it is about?" "Am I gonna get old just like that?"

You're trying to spend more time with your loved ones, fit in regular exercises in your day, stop missing your yoga classes, find time to sign up for a macaroon baking class, or learn how to paint. Lots of plans, but... Just like exhausted Scarlett O'Hara (remember "Gone with the Wind"?) you decide to "think about it tomorrow". Of course, because you feel like a squeezed lemon by the end of the office day and you've got no energy to even think of anything, let alone do.

You can negotiate your current reality!

I know it for sure, from own experience. I remember running around all day, juggling endless to-do list at work and home. Late at nigh, just before shutting tired heavy eyelids, that spiky though would strike me... 


It was a mixture of panic and fear... - my Birthday was coming up. Yet another one. But the only thing that seemed to be changing in my life was the calendar years and the amount of wrinkles on my forehead.

It's not a pleasant thought at all! And that's why I want to share with you how I managed to get out of that trapping lifestyle and completely re-negotiate my reality. 

What you need

As I said in the beginning - all you need you already have! You don't need to change the world around you, abandon your family, change career or escape to a paradise island. You can create your own paradise with what you already have today. You just need to learn how!

Your possibilities

Imagine waking up with a smile on your face when you think about the day ahead. And it's not even Saturday!


Turning the regular work day into something that you look forward to, that is full of things you enjoy, no rush, no mess, no plain porridges or squeezed lemons. Your loved ones have your undivided attention. You are in full control of your agenda, your mood, your time. 

It's doable!!
